Here’s a fact for you: Did you know that one of the biggest differences for female athletes to be participating on signing day for college athletics is having a strength and conditioning coach? Those that do are most likely to be signing with a college program. If that’s your goal (boys and girls!) I can help you get there. My strength training programs are 12 weeks long (my recommendation for best results), and include a personalized weight lifting program.

physical therapy

Physical therapy is for anyone who has had surgery, suffered an injury, or just has pain (whether that’s chronic or more recent) that desires to get healthy. I create a program and exercises specific for your injury / needs to get you back to doing what you love at a high level. A typical PT treatment session will include hands on work whether that is soft tissue specific/massage work, dry needling or cupping followed by rehab specific exercises and strength training included.

What To Expect

Typically 1-2 sessions a week in person, with programing / exercises for you to do at home. Duration will depend on the specific situation.
